General Membership Questions

You can reach our Customer Service Department by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 855-823-7484. You can also email us at [email protected] or reach us via the Contact Us form on our website and we'll get back to you within 24 hours (usually much sooner!)

  

To cancel by phone, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 855-823-7484. If you would prefer to cancel online, simply log in to your account at sagefindsvip.com and click on Account from the main navigation menu. Then click the Cancel Membership link, and follow the instructions provided. You can also email us your cancellation request at [email protected] or submit it through the "Contact Us" form. However you do it, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

You can send all of your rebate documentation via email to [email protected] . Please include the claim number in the "Subject" line, and please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date. You'll be assigned a claim number when you fill out the claim form; it's easy to copy it there and then paste it in the "Subject" line as you prepare to send us your documentation email.

Premier

Earning cash back is easy:

  • Click on any Premier Retailer of interest to you, and shop at their website as you normally would.
  • When you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online Rebate Center and fill in the requested information.
  • Submit your claim and send us the requested documentation.

Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 10% Back. We will verify and process your claims within 2-4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check for 10% of your total purchase.

When you fill in the claim form in the Rebate Center, we'll ask you to enter the total amount of your purchase at one of our Premier Retailers. We will automatically calculate the cash back percentage you qualify for.

  • When you spend $100 at a Premier Retailer that offers a 10% cash back rebate, you will qualify for a $10 cash back rebate check.
Marketplace

The Marketplace is our directory of over 1,000 retailers. As a member of SageFinds VIP, you can receive 5% cash back on your total purchase and up to $10 in shipping rebates every time you shop through our Marketplace. You are eligible to earn up to $1,000 in cash back rebate savings and a maximum of $500 in shipping savings every membership year.

 

Earning cash back in the Marketplace is easy:

  • Click on any Marketplace retailer of interest to you, and shop at their website as you normally would.
  • When you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online claim form in the Rebate Center and fill in the requested information.
  • Submit your claim and send us the requested documentation.

Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 5% Back. We will verify and process your claims within 2-4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check for 5% of your total purchase.

Shipping Rebates

Shipping Rebates are a great deal. As an active member of SageFinds VIP, you can get full reimbursement for any shipping fees you might be charged on purchases you make at the following Premier Retailers:

For purchases you make at any of the Marketplace retailers, you're eligible for cash back rebates of up to $10 for shipping charges on each qualifying purchase.

As long as you provide the documentation needed to verify that your shipping charge comes from a purchase made at a participating retailer, you're eligible for a cash back rebate on the shipping charge. That includes purchases made online, over the phone, and through the catalog.

In-store purchases only qualify for a shipping rebate if a participating retailer needs to order the item and then charges you for shipping it directly to your residence. Cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, and purchases made before you became an active SageFinds VIP member (or made after you cancel your membership) aren't eligible for shipping rebates.

To claim your Shipping rebate, simply click on the "Rebates" link from the main navigation menu and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you must submit your rebate claim within 90 days of the original order date. We will verify and process your claims within 2-4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check in the amount of your rebate.

Yes; please be sure to mail your claims within 90 days of the purchase date.

To claim your Shipping rebate, simply send us your order confirmation, original sales receipt, or packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Return Shipping

As a member, every online, phone, or catalog purchase you make with one of our participating Premier and Marketplace retailers is eligible for up to $10 in return shipping rebates if you need to return an item.

Just click on the "Rebates" link from the main navigation menu, and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you need to be an active member at the time we process your claim, and that proof-of-purchase documentation and shipping information is required to process every claim.

You'll need to submit your claim and all required documentation within 90 days of your original purchase to qualify for a Return Shipping rebate.

We will verify and process your claims within 2-4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check in the amount of your rebate.

As an active member of SageFinds VIP, you can receive up to $10 in Return Shipping coverage per order and up to $500 in Return Shipping coverage every membership year.
